About the Role

As the Depot Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our Kalgoorlie site, ensuring smooth logistics, stock control, team coordination, and exceptional customer service. Reporting to the General Manager WA & SA, you will be responsible for managing a small but vital team and supporting key business activities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Managing depot logistics: incoming/outgoing stock, deliveries, inventory, and forklift ops

Overseeing local scheduling and dispatch

Maintaining HSEQ compliance and safety systems

Leading and mentoring a small team of drivers and warehouse staff

Customer service support and relationship management

Ensuring equipment safety inspections and maintenance records are up to date

Administrative duties including order processing and record keeping

Acting as the site’s Chief Fire Warden and emergency point of contact

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum 3 year's experience in a similar depot, logistics, or warehouse leadership role

Forklift Licence (LF) – Required

HR Truck Licence – Preferred but not essential

Strong MS Office and system admin skills

Excellent communication and time management

Ability to lead by example and uphold safety standards

First Aid certificate (advantageous)
