The Star & Garter Hotel is seeking a motivated and experienced Bottle Shop Manager to join our vibrant team in Kalgoorlie. If you're passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a keen eye for inventory management, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the bottle shop, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control.

Lead, train, and support the bottle shop staff to maintain a positive working environment.

Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and promote products.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.

Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Forklift ticket is required for inventory management.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of beverages and liquor products is an advantage.
