Change Analyst

Location: Melbourne
Contract Duration: 3-6 months (immediate start)
Pay Rate: $750 - $1,200 per day, exclusive of super (based on experience)

About the Role:
Are you a skilled Change Analyst ready to make an impact during a major transformation? Join us as we roll out a Simplification Program designed to streamline procurement and contract management across the organisation.

About You:
You thrive in dynamic environments, can navigate ambiguity, and excel at connecting with diverse stakeholders. You have proven experience developing change management plans, conducting impact assessments, and delivering clear, targeted communications that build awareness and readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support delivery of change management and change planning.
• Develop and implement change management and communication plans to engage stakeholders
• Conduct change impact assessments to understand effects on teams and roles
• Create support materials and conduct training to assist adoption of new procurement processes
• Proactively engage stakeholders to build awareness and drive program objectives

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Change Analyst or similar change support role
• Strong writing skills with ability to craft clear, targeted messaging
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

Desirable:

• Experience supporting business transformations
• Familiarity with procurement or contract management processes and systems
