We are a global company manufacturing industrial adhesives with headquarter in Germany. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse and Distribution team member to join our team at Ingleburn location. The role is a full time 38 hour/week to replace a long serving valued employee who is retiring. The successful applicant will have one month of full support and training by the retiring person to give them a high level of comfort.

What you'll be doing

Warehousing responsibilities such as Loading/Unloading containers, Picking and Packing orders

Inbound and Outbound Freight Transport Arrangement

Assisting with coordination for production and procurement

Customer Service - Triage Phone and Email

What’s we’re looking for:

Previous experience in similar manufacturing and warehouse environment

Familiar with lean manufacturing principles and inventory management systems and processes

SAP system experience (warehouse-related)

Good computer skills

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Drivers Licence and Forklift License essential
