Animal Attendant / Receptionist

Our fantastic team is on the search for a hardworking and passionate individual to join our very successful team.

Successful applicant must be flexible for work across a 7-day roster & be available for all holidays.

The position will be not limited to:

Reception duties including - Greet Clients, answer phone calls, take bookings, process payments & other administrative duties

Cleaning animal enclosures, exercising and providing enrichment and husbandry for dogs, feeding and general care for the dogs and office duties to name a few.

Available vacancies currently are as follows:

Diverse position - Reception / Kennel Technician, casual position

Desired pre-requisites for these roles are:

Superior customer service skills

12 months or more of experience within the hotel industry & or animal related industry

Current full driver's license and demonstrated experience

Commitment to work weekends and holiday periods (inc. Xmas day and New Year)

Full Australian working rights

Desirable skills and experience include:

Qualification in Companion Animal Services (or similar) OR animal experience

Dog training and behavioural knowledge

Excellent face to face and written communication skills

Ability or scope to learn reservation programs

Aptitude for training and learning

Ability to perform unsupervised as well as part of a team
