We’re on the lookout for a friendly, professional, and reliable Casual Receptionist to join our team at the Cattlemans Motel.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. You’ll be assisting with check-ins/outs, managing reservations, taking phone enquiries, and supporting our accommodation team.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Confident using computers and booking systems (training provided)

A friendly and professional attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Prior experience in a reception or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential

We are looking for someone wanting 3-4 days per week to start. While we are a business open 7 days we are looking for someone who can be available for shifts Monday - Friday day times.
