We’re nestled in one of Sydney’s most stunning spots, and we take pride in delivering top-tier care in a warm, upbeat environment. From orthopedic surgeries to oncology and everything in between, our days are never boring — and neither are we.

The Role:
You’ll be the smiling face and calm voice our clients trust when they walk in or call the hospital —Your duties will include:

Greeting pets and their people (with a smile and maybe a treat)

Build strong client relationships

Handling a busy phone line and scheduling for multiple vets

Processing insurance, pathology results, and emails like a pro

Keeping the front desk sharp and supporting the vet team and management

Assisting clients with over-the-counter goodies and helping wrangle stock deliveries

What We’re Looking For:

Animal Lover & People Person – You’re kind, calm, and genuinely care.

Reception Pro – You’ve worked in customer service and know how to make people feel welcome.

Cool Under Pressure – Chaos? You don’t flinch. You breathe, smile, and handle it.

Reliable & Organised – You show up, follow through, and can own your reception and waiting area.

Team Player – You back your team, and they back you.

Tech-Savvy-ish – Word, Excel, and ideally RX Works don’t scare you.

Detail-Oriented – You catch the little things that make a big difference.
