Skills & Requirements

The successful applicant will have:

Developed hand and power tool experience;

Adhere to industry standards and best practices;

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and systems including electrical and plumbing;

Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to guarantee impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail;

Prior experience in campervan or recreational vehicle manufacturing (or similar trade), with a strong understanding of construction techniques and materials;

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and instructions;

Punctuality and reliability;

Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment;

Great time management skills;

High standards of housekeeping throughout the workshop;

A great "can-do" attitude and be prepared to learn and grow;

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Commitment to WH&S; and

a Driver's licence and own transport.

The following will be highly regarded;

Production/assembly experience in a high quality environment;

Prior knowledge of campervans and/or motorhomes; or

Experience or trade qualification with 12V, gas, mechanics, CNC machine, welding, cabinetry, plumbing, shop fitting, boat building or any other relevant trades.

Location / Operation hours

The TRAKKA Showroom and manufacturing facility is based in Mt Kuring-gai. Only 10 minutes north of Hornsby and 35 minutes south of Gosford.

Our hours of operation are 7:30am to 4:40pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am to 12:45pm on Fridays.
