About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehousing, Manufacturing & Distribution professional to join our team at Sydney Stretchers & Framing in Condell Park, NSW. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing, warehousing and distribution functions.

What you'll be doing

• Utilising wood and machinery to cut the wood to specific lengths precisely.
• Oversee and coordinate all warehousing, manufacturing and distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials, finished products, and other supplies
• Optimise inventory levels and implement strategies to minimise waste and maximise productivity
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall performance of our manufacturing and supply chain operations

What we're looking for

• We don't require experience but would prefer (2+ years) in a similar warehousing, manufacturing, and distribution role, preferably within the manufacturing.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field are highly desirable
