About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Motorcycle Mechanic to join the passionate team at The Motor Room in Mornington, VIC. As a full-time Motorcycle Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of motorcycles, ensuring they are operating at their best and keeping our customers on the road.

What you'll be doing

Performing scheduled maintenance and inspections on motorcycles

Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and technical issues

Providing exceptional customer service and communicating with clients

Keeping detailed records of work completed

Ensuring the workshop is clean, tidy and well-organised

Maintaining a safe working environment and following all safety protocols

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in Motorcycle Mechanics or relevant trade experience

Proven experience as a Motorcycle Mechanic, ideally within the Automotive Trades industry

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Effective communication skills and ability to liaise with customers

A passion for motorcycles and a desire to provide exceptional service
