T'Gallant is seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Sous Chef to join our team at our Vineyard T'Gallant.
As Pizza Sous Chef, you will be dedicated to the art of pizza making and be a specialist in this field.
What you'll be doing
Demonstrated experience in pizza making including dough fermentation and stretching and condiments
Prepare and cook pizzas to order in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organised work station, following strict hygiene and food safety protocols
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and accommodating special requests
Working alongside our current Head Chef in menu development, ordering, stock-rotation etc
Assist in the management of kitchen staff in various duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
