The successful candidate will work on a variety of residential construction projects across Sydney, performing structural and finishing carpentry with precision and care. This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking to contribute to a company that values quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Construct, install and repair timber frameworks, walls, roofs, floors and other structural elements.

Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and construction documents.

Measure, cut and assemble timber and other materials in accordance with project requirements.

Install doors, windows, staircases, skirtings and other interior/exterior finishing carpentry elements.

Operate hand and power tools with care and in accordance with WHS procedures.

Work both independently and collaboratively with team members and site supervisors.

Ensure all carpentry work complies with Australian building codes and safety regulations.

Maintain a clean and organised job site and ensure tools and materials are properly stored.

Skills & Qualifications:

Certificate III or IV in Carpentry, or at least 3 years of work experience.

At least one year of proven experience as a carpenter.

Excellent understanding of construction techniques and tools.

Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
