An internal movement means that they are now seeking to appoint a talented Payroll Manager to join the team. You will have a variety of responsibilities including:

Leading, supporting and managing the fortnightly payroll preparation

Interpretation and application of modern awards

Completion of the business' statutory compliance matters including assisting in gathering information for BAS, Payroll Tax, Workers Compensation and FBT

Work with the finance team on month end from a payroll perspective

Assist with integration of New Zealand business and associated New Zealand payroll matters (PAYE, KiwiSaver etc)

Business partnering and liaising with HR, finance and executive teams

Process improvements and recommendations

To be considered for this exciting role, you will have 10+ years payroll experience, have worked across large/complex businesses (open on industry) with high volume and have also had prior experience with New Zealand payroll. You will also have experience with complex enterprise agreements and awards, excellent communication skills and enjoy improving processes.
