About the role
As a senior leader, the Manager, Information Management provides authoritative advice on information governance, leads enterprise-wide initiatives, and manages key stakeholder relationships within and outside IBA. They will champion and lead our transition to a Manage in Place asset management strategy. The role also oversees the Enterprise Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) and data governance technology, ensuring it supports strategic, operational, and legislative requirements.
What you’ll bring to the team
· Excellent relationships with peers and the ability to influence.
· Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions in complex environments.
· Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
· Experience leading transformational change for IT initiatives driving operational efficiencies.
· Understand the ITIL change management process to control risk and minimise disruption to associated IT services and business operations.
· Experience in PROSCI change management model, developing change, communication and training plans.
