About the Role:
Perigon Group have partnered exclusively with a well-established member-based organisation to recruit an ICT Manager & Systems Administrator. This is a broad and hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who can set strategic direction, manage cyber security and vendors—while also jumping in to reset passwords or configure new users when needed. With a lean internal team and a trusted MSP already in place, you’ll be the key point of contact for all things technology, supporting the executive and operations teams and reporting directly into the CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and implement IT strategy, infrastructure planning, and cyber governance
• Oversee vendor performance and act as the escalation point for service issues
• Manage IT risk, disaster recovery planning, and security frameworks
• Provide hands-on support across systems, applications, and user needs
• Indirectly Lead one report and communicate IT priorities across the business

About You:

• Proven experience in a hybrid IT leadership and system administration role
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, governance, and vendor oversight
• Skilled across Microsoft platforms
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
• Comfortable juggling strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving
• Approachable, self-directed, and confident engaging with a non-technical audience
