HR Business Partner

• Immediate Start - $55-$60 p/hour + Super
• Short Term Contract – 6 weeks
• Northwest Location - Immediate Start

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with local government experience to complete a 6-week contract with our client based in Northwest Sydney. You must be available to start immediately.

The Role

• Overseeing end-to-end recruitment, including coaching and advice to hiring managers
• Manage recruitment system and liaising with candidates
• Provide support and assistance with ER matters
• Oversee and support governance, policy application and award provisions
• Coordinate annual performance planning and reviews

About You

• Previous experience in Local Government
• Knowledge of and experience interpreting and applying the Local Government (NSW) State Award 2023
• Experience supporting both blue-collar and white-collar client groups
• Experience using Technology One system
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and provide advice in relation to recruitment processes
