Our client is a well-established private organisation seeking a proactive and hands-on People & Culture Coordinator to join a friendly on a part-time, temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to step into a supportive team and make a meaningful impact during a busy period.

The Role:
You’ll be providing essential support to the People & Culture team during a high-volume period. With a tight-knit and experienced team, this role will suit someone comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment coordination (posting ads, shortlisting, reference checks)
• Preparing contracts and letters, mail merges
• Coordinating training and supporting the learning process
• Responding to employee queries and escalating where needed
• Supporting broader P&C admin and documentation tasks
• Helping to tidy and organise the team’s SharePoint

About You:

• Solid experience in HR or P&C administration
• Confident managing multiple tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the team where needed
