Role impact & contribution

Your typical day-to-day work will include providing a range of executive support and administrative services to facilitate the delivery of business operations and to support the Senior Executive/s achievement of organisational objectives.

Proactively building robust relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders is paramount, as is your contribution to improving the delivery of outcomes across the NSW Government through effective communication, collaboration, and advocacy with Treasury teams and agency counterparts.

You will be joining our Procurement Reform and Banking Group and will be working within the Procurement Policy, Risk and Delivery Division. Read more about your future Group and Division.

What you can bring to the role.

In this integral role there are a few things we would like for you to have to best support yourself and add value to the people of NSW.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following criteria:

· Assess and prioritise requests to facilitate the optimal use of the executive’s time

· Manage the Senior Executive/s diary appointments, records and correspondence, coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule and support meetings to facilitate the effective management of their agenda

· Draft and prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentations and briefing notes to support the achievement of business requirements

· Gather, collate and provide background information for the executive to support informed decision making and planning

· Maintain and update administrative practices, systems and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Eligibility
