About the role

Carina Leagues Club Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Duty Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the club during the evening and overnight hours. Your focus will be on ensuring our members and guests have an exceptional experience while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

What you'll be doing

Manage the overall operations of the club during the night shift, including oversight of staff, security, and customer service

Respond to and resolve any issues or concerns that arise, ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience

Monitor and maintain the club's security systems, including CCTV and access controls

Prepare and present shift reports on the night's activities

Assist with the coordination of special events and functions hosted at the club

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and club policies

Provide leadership, training, and support to the night shift team

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar night duty or management role within the hospitality industry

Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and respond effectively to a variety of situations

Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience for all members and guests

Thorough understanding of liquor licensing, workplace health and safety, and other relevant regulations

Proficient in using various software and systems, including point-of-sale, security, and reporting tools

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a rotating shift schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays
