About the Organisation
The Internal Medicine Society of Australia and New Zealand (IMSANZ) is a respected professional association representing over 1,000 consultant physicians and trainees in internal medicine. Our mission is to advance and promote the practice of Internal Medicine through professional development, advocacy, and member support.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all membership-related enquiries, manage all aspects of the membership life-cycle.
• Manage onboarding, renewals, and membership engagement campaigns.
• Analyse membership data to inform future initiatives, including renewal, retention and onboarding strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in our association management system (iMIS).
• Coordinate newsletters, social media, and website updates.
• Provide secretariat support to committees and Special Interest Groups.
• Support Society events and assist in project delivery as required.

About You

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a member-based or not-for-profit organisation.
• Strong admin, CRM, and MS Office skills.
• Strong initiative, ability to be solution focused.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with a flexible and positive approach.
• Ability to work in the office 1 day per week (Sydney CBD).
