The Role:

As a key part of our Customer Service team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll handle a mix of phone, email and live chat enquiries — tracking freight, solving delivery issues, and keeping things moving.

You’ll need to be calm under pressure, fast on the tools, and clear with your communication.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Answering customer queries with accuracy and urgency

Liaising with carriers to resolve delivery issues and track freight

Following up proactively to ensure timely updates are provided

Working within our systems (Salesforce, MachShip, email, phones, livechat)

Collaborating closely with internal departments to deliver seamless service

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in customer service (logistics, dispatch, or contact centre background is an advantage)

Clear communication and confident phone manner

Strong attention to detail — we’re fast-paced and accuracy matters

Ability to juggle multiple systems and tasks at once

A team player mindset and a willingness to learn
