We're looking for a proactive, phone-based BDM / appointment setter to join our fast-growing mortgage broking group.

You'll be calling WARM leads, booking discovery appointments, and supporting our national expansion by helping build relationships with:

Mortgage brokers

Accountants and financial professionals

🔧 About the Role

Part-time: 15–25 hours per week

Flexible work hours (spread across Mon–Fri between 9am–5pm)

Hybrid role

Call leads, book meetings into our Director's calendar

Occasional admin tasks like data entry, sending onboarding packs, etc.

🧩 You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

Have strong verbal communication skills and phone confidence

Have experience in appointment setting, phone sales, or B2B client engagement

Have at least 1-2 years of experience in appointment setting, phone sales, or B2B client engagement

Are well-organised and comfortable with basic tech (CRM, calendar, email, etc.)

Are results-focused and enjoy working to weekly targets

Want a long-term role with growth potential in the finance space

Have full working rights in Australia (required)

💰 Pay & Perks

Hourly rate: $32–$45/hour, depending on experience and performance

Weekly or fortnightly pay (ABN or casual employment)

Performance bonuses available after 3-month probation

All tools, scripts, leads, and training provided
