About the Role – Casual Admin Team Member

This is a casual position (can build into a part-time/full time position) which will give you the satisfaction of being responsible for the day-to-day tasks that keep the clinic running like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementing new systems and processes to ensure our Agape Standards continue to rise.

Managing patient contact – warmly booking appointments, taking payments, and providing the best first impression ever.

Handling invoice retrievals and making sure everything is squared away.

General clinic duties that support both our patients and team.

Creating a calm and organised front-desk atmosphere, even when the day gets a little crazy.
