At BL Air Conditioning, we deliver large-scale commercial HVAC installations across Victoria and Queensland with precision, structure, and purpose. Our specialty lies in the installation of refrigerant pipework, drainage components, and commissioning across major systems—including VRF, VRV, multi-head, and split systems.

Our projects are clean, well-run, and backed by solid systems, clear expectations, and a leadership team that supports high performers. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a confident and capable Project/Operations Manager to take full ownership of delivery across multiple Melbourne projects.

About the Role
This role is perfect for a commercially-minded leader who wants to run projects the right way—with support, structure, and autonomy.

You’ll be responsible for delivering 4–5 active commercial HVAC projects at any one time—overseeing site execution, workflow coordination, direct team leadership, and client communication. With full backend support from our admin and offshore teams, you’ll focus on what actually drives project success.

Your Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple HVAC projects

Coordinate internal site teams including trades and apprentices

Manage programs, workflow planning, and materials forecasting

Maintain clear, consistent client and builder communication

Track progress, safety, quality, and job performance using AroFlo

Lead and coach your site teams while upholding BL Air’s high delivery standards

Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone who’s:

Experienced in HVAC or mechanical project delivery

Leading Hand/Foreman ready to take the next step

Skilled at managing multiple commercial projects simultaneously

Commercially aware and strong with project coordination and timelines

Willing to adapt to our proven systems and structured workflows

Comfortable using job management tools (AroFlo experience preferred)

A confident communicator and hands-on leader

Accountable, coachable, and ready to grow with a fast-moving business
