We're always on the lookout for high-achieving professionals to join our team, and currently have a vacancy for an Administration Officer in our Plainland store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to provide the highest level of service and support to our customers whilst completing daily operational tasks for the department to ensure the smooth running of the business.
What to expect from the role:
Greeting & checking in clients with bookings
Answering and directing incoming calls
Invoicing and receipting customer payments
Schedule & maintain service bookings via phone/online/email
Providing general office administrative support (filing, banking, data entry etc.)
Valet Vehicles
Assist the Store Manager with basic department needs
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
Prior experience in a customer service role and administration of data
High attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Ability to analyse and problem solve.
Strong oral and written communication skills, and numeracy skills
Computer literacy
Ability to work under pressure and autonomously
Professional personal grooming and presentation
Demonstrated time management skills
Confidence, reliability, honesty and flexibility
Ability to multitask and have excellent time management skills
A 'can do' attitude
