About the Opportunity
This is not your standard property management role. Set within a purpose-built, rental-only building (one major iconic owner), this position offers the opportunity to be part of a modern, lifestyle-led residential community where exceptional service and resident satisfaction come first.

We are seeking a Property Manager with full-spectrum experience in residential property or hotels, with a sharp eye for detail, and a confident, people-first approach. You will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the property, managing everything from leasing and compliance to tenancy disputes and community engagement.

This is an onsite Monday to Friday role, and you can choose your start time- 8/9/10am!

What You’ll Do

• Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, onboarding, inspections, renewals and exits
• Act as the primary point of contact for leasing renewals, handling queries, maintenance issues and feedback professionally
• Oversee building presentation and compliance in coordination with onsite teams
• Prepare and attend VCAT hearings where required, managing disputes with a calm and informed approach
• Contribute to the planning and execution of resident events and community-building activities
• Maintain accurate tenancy records, reporting and database administration
• Support continuous improvement in property operations, resident services, and asset performance in conjunction with the asset GM

What You’ll Bring

• Current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)
• Experience managing all aspects of residential property portfolios, ideally in high-density or premium apartment settings
• Sound working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and experience representing at VCAT
• Local experience and right to work
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution and customer service skills
• Tech-savvy with experience using property management systems
• A warm, professional demeanour and a passion for creating positive residential communities

Please note that there is also a separate opportunity/role to work at this same site, but this role is a casual part-time basis, for someone with strong customer and administrative skills.
