About the role

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will focus on Commercial & Industrial Construction & Property industries.

• Supporting existing customers
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Doing drawing take-offs
• Completing accurate quoting
• Order taking, working on various projects with broad range of scope & value
• Building strong relationships with all stakeholders
• Car, laptop & mobile phone provided

About you

• Desire to be part of a team who strive to be the best and be highly respected in our industry.
• 5 years plus experience in a Building, Property or Construction Industry sales role with a focus on B2B and face to face selling.
• Great communication skills.
• Experience generating your own leads.
• Must have a strong attention to detail.
• Well organised - Excellent time management.
• Have an understanding of architectural & engineering working drawings & specifications.
• Good understanding of construction method (training provided on the use and installation of our products)
• Eager to learn and comfortable to maintain a thorough knowledge of company products & services.
