WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Managing a small Customer Service team
- Lead/mentor the team to achieve internal targets
- Developing and reviewing processes
- Drive Customer on boarding
- Collaborate with key stakeholders
- Maintain client status reports

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 7+ years local International Freight experience (Snr Ops/CS/Mgmt)
- Stable career history
- Clear communication skills both verbal and written
- Want for a long-term career within International Freight
- Can do attitude to succeed!
