TEN Recruitment is working with a reputable WA home builder known for delivering architecturally designed, high-spec homes across the metro area. With a solid pipeline of work in Perth’s northern suburbs, they're now looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to take ownership of day-to-day site operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage multiple active builds—ensuring timelines, quality, and safety standards are met
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and deliveries with efficiency
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Stay on top of scheduling, reporting, and progress tracking using construction software
• Proactively handle on-site issues and ensure every home is delivered to spec

What You’ll Bring:

• Prior experience supervising single storey residential builds in WA
• Solid understanding of WA building codes and OH&S practices
• Trade background or construction qualification (preferred)
• Clear communicator with great problem-solving and time management skills
• Comfortable using project management systems (Click Homes experience a plus)
• Valid WA Driver’s Licence, White Card, and ability to obtain a Police Clearance
• Full Australian working rights and Perth-based experience
