Newmans Appliance Repairs is a home appliance repairer based at Ashmore Qld. We are made up of a small team striving to deliver excellent service to our client base and have been a leader within the field for over 25 years.

Due to our continued expansion & growth we have a rare opening in our close-knit team for additional Customer Service team members.

Our team applies our expertise & process to quickly and professionally restore our customers satisfaction in their essential appliances & air-conditioners. Our customers are leading manufacturer brands, warranty providers, property managers, and private owners in the greater Gold Coast area.

We are a preferred provider to most of our clients and so have a solid flow of work that guarantees steady, low-stress, rewarding work. We don’t work weekends and value a strong work-life balance.

We are looking for a proactive team player with a “hands on approach” and a “can do attitude” and the responsibilities, which will include:

Booking customer appointments, answering inbound calls, data entry. Enquiries via email, on-line & phone.

Previous scheduling experience an advantage

Administration duties & office functions as delegated

Develop strong relationships with customers in the delivery of excellence in customer service

Ability to work with a great Team

Assist clients with enquiries & provide technical insight into the parts required to achieve a first-time fix - training provided.

Skills and experience

Customer service focused & willing to assist clients

Ability to multitask, work autonomously and as part of our friendly team

Must be highly organised, strong attention to detail & accuracy

Sound computer skills in the use of Outlook and the ability to work across various manufacturers websites

Ability to excel in a fast-paced and demanding environment

Benefits
Monday to Friday 8am - 4.10pm five days per week
