Showroom sales and receptionist position, located in Adelaide CBD.
The working time is from Tuesday to Saturday.
Saturday shifts are from 10 am-4 pm.
Tuesday to Friday shifts are 9 am-5 pm.
SALES CONSULTANT/ CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
The Adelaide Building ideas Centre is one of the largest muti-tenanted showrooms in Australia, showcasing brands of interior and exterior building products. Centrally located in the Adelaide business precinct, the BIC has significant exciting plans to improve and expand its service to existing and future clients, and to customers, architects, builders and renovators throughout SA.
We are currently seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Sales and Client Relationship professional to join our team and lead the expansion and implementation of our vision for the future.
The location is excellent for those living in and around Adelaide and the hours will suit a person who can work Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday and Monday as non-working day, this is because Saturday is extremely busy and convenient for our commercial and domestic clients and visitors including home renovators.
This is a full-time business development role and is effectively “the face of the business” and key interface between our tenants and visitors to the Centre.
The key skillset is relationship selling and ability to talk with people at all levels. You must be able to speak and understand English to a high degree, have a bright and outgoing personality ready to help our customers, understand their needs, and go the extra mile to be the best you can be!
A knowledge of building and renovation products will be essential, you will find yourself working with a small, dedicated team who aim to provide the best customer service in Adelaide!
The position offers an attractive competitive salary of $70-$100K plus performance bonuses to be discussed at a personal interview.

Requirements and Job Description:
1. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with people.
2. Look for potential tenants that may have an interest in leasing a showroom within the property.
3. Positive attitude for greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
4. Have knowledge regarding the building and real estate industry or experience highly desirable however, not essential.
5. Be able to provide customers with product information and generate leads
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse customers.
7. Present the showroom features and benefits to persuade potential tenants to rent.
