The Role

Toll People are currently recruiting permanent Team Leaders to join our client's operations in Heathwood. With shift options available on Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:06pm or 2:00pm - 10:06pm, these roles are ideal for experienced leaders who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are ready to step up and drive performance across operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with management, suppliers, and customers regarding warehousing operations
* Detail and coordinate activities of Team Members across shifts
* Maintain inventory control registers and prepare/reconcile regular reports on stock movements and dispatch
* Take direct responsibility for a defined operational area

Skills & Experience
* Proven ability to supervise, guide, and support warehouse teams
* Strong working knowledge of warehousing and stores functions
* Effective communicator with a professional and respectful approach
* Confident in upholding and demonstrating workplace rules and procedures
* Ability to deliver on-the-job training and facilitate smooth team inductions
