Sales Boss – Lead a High-Performing Estimating Team

Tony Isgrove’s Paint and Decorate is on the hunt for a Sales Manager who can coach, challenge and inspire our estimators to exceed their targets and deliver an unforgettable customer experience.

This is more than just a management role, this is about leading from the front, raising standards and building a sales culture that aligns with our brand mission of Painting Happiness.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Leading and motivating our team of estimators to consistently hit and exceed sales targets

Coaching team members in sales techniques, NEPQ frameworks and high-trust client conversations

Setting weekly KPIs, running sales meetings and creating accountability

Working closely with marketing to align lead quality and sales strategy

Monitoring performance metrics, conversion rates and follow-ups via HubSpot

Reporting directly to the GM/Director with insights and action plans

Helping close high-value opportunities and building long-term relationships with key clients (residential & strata)

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years experience in a sales leadership role (ideally in construction, trades, or property services)

Strong background in B2C and B2B sales, with a deep understanding of residential and strata clients

Experience coaching and mentoring sales teams, you know how to get the best out of people

Excellent communicator and natural motivator

Data-driven mindset, you love turning numbers into strategy

A hands-on leader who leads by example, not just from behind a desk

Salary + Bonus Recommendation:

Base Salary:

AUD $120,000 – $140,000 + Super

Performance Bonuses + On-Target Earnings:

AUD $160,000 – $190,000+

Plus: Company vehicle/car allowance, phone, laptop and access to team incentives
