Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced General Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing plumbing and gas work primarily related to compliance checks and rectification jobs for real estate agencies. This role requires a strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct plumbing and gas safety compliance checks at rental properties

• Perform gas appliance servicing, carbon monoxide testing, and rectification work

• Install, maintain, and repair gas, water, drainage, and sewerage systems

• Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing and gas issues

• Ensure all work is completed in line with industry regulations and safety codes

• Communicate effectively with property managers, tenants, and team members

• Maintain accurate job records and complete compliance documentation

Qualifications and Experience

• Licensed Plumber in Victoria (Gas endorsed)

• Proven experience in compliance checks and gas/plumbing rectifications

• Knowledge of Victorian rental property regulations and standards

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

• Valid Australian driver’s license
