Are you a skilled maintenance plumber with expertise in residential and mechanical plumbing? We’re looking for a reliable, self-motivated plumber to join our busy real estate maintenance team, servicing properties in and around Richmond, VIC.

About the Role

This is a full-time, field-based position perfect for a plumber with extensive experience in residential plumbing maintenance and mechanical systems. You’ll be responsible for responsive repairs, preventative maintenance, and minor installations across a variety of domestic properties, working closely with real estate and property management teams.

Key Responsibilities

Attend and manage scheduled and emergency residential plumbing maintenance jobs

Diagnose and repair hot water units, drainage systems, taps, toilets, pumps, and valves

Perform mechanical plumbing work including valves, pumps, and ventilation systems

Work independently using mobile job management software

Provide excellent customer service to tenants and real estate agents

Ensure compliance with plumbing regulations and OH&S standards

Skills & Qualifications

Cert III in Plumbing (Mechanical Services highly regarded)

Current Victorian Plumbing Licence

Valid Australian driver’s licence

Extensive experience in residential plumbing repairs and fault-finding

Competency in mechanical plumbing systems, hot water repairs, and pipework

Experience in real estate, property maintenance, or strata plumbing (preferred)

Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

Reliable, well-presented, and capable of working autonomously
