Plumber – Static Commercial Site

Full-time | $90,000 – $110,000 + Super | Commercial Maintenance

We’re looking for a qualified Maintenance Plumber to join a national FM team on a brand-new, purpose-built commercial facility in Tullamarine. This is a full-time, permanent, static role covering a range of plumbing and building maintenance tasks for a critical, high-spec site in the life sciences sector. You’ll be part of a small, skilled team with access to strong technical and planning support. Full working rights in Australia are essential.

What you’ll be doing:

Routine plumbing maintenance and repairs across the site

Inspection and testing of assets, fixtures, pipework and drainage

Minor fault-finding, replacement of fittings and valves

Supporting scheduled works alongside the maintenance planner and techs

Ensuring compliance with safety and legislative requirements

Keeping accurate records and work documentation

Contributing to general building and facility maintenance when required

What you’ll need:

Cert III in Plumbing

Current Victorian Plumbing Registration

Relevant OH&S tickets (White Card)

Commercial maintenance experience preferred

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and compliance standards

Current Driver’s Licence

Full Australian working rights
