PROJECT PLUMBING & MAINTENANCE (part of the Cooke & Dowsett Plumbing Group) is currently experiencing significant growth, with a strong pipeline of exciting large-scale maintenance projects. We are now seeking qualified Maintenance Plumbers to join our expanding team on projects across Metropolitan Melbourne.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the role requires an experienced Maintenance Plumber who can perform a wide range of maintenance services including:
Adherence to all relevant Company QA and OH&S policies;
Use of Aroflo operating system including report writing.
Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and faulty fixtures
Service and maintain hot water systems and gas appliances.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on plumbing systems
Test and repair backflow devices, TMVs and water pressure regulators
Clear and inspect stormwater, sewer and trade waste systems
Respond to emergency plumbing issues (e.g. burst pipes, blocked drains)
Complete job records, reports, and compliance documentation
Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle
Follow WHS and site safety procedures
Liaise with clients, tenants, and supervisors as needed
About you:
At least 5 years commercial plumbing maintenance experience;
Plumbing Trade Certificate;
Effective written, verbal, presentation and listening communication skills;
Basic computer skills including Excel, Outlook & Word skills, and proficiency with operating mobile data devices;
The ability to work independently and unsupervised in an everchanging and fast paced environment;
Honest and trustworthy;
A sound work ethic and commitment to meeting and exceeding client's expectations;
Available for emergency work if required;
Desire to learn and progress within the company.
The successful applicant will need to provide their own hand tools, Working With Children Check (WWCC), Police check, TMV & RPZD tickets.
