Contract Site Manager – Medical Centre Refurbishment – Gladstone, QLD

Ready to take the reins on your next project? We’re looking for a capable Site Manager to run a medical centre refurbishment in Gladstone. This is a contract role, kicking off in late July, with a well-regarded builder who delivers quality work across the healthcare sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running day-to-day site operations on a fast-paced medical refurbishment
• Coordinating trades, services, and suppliers to keep the project moving smoothly
• Managing programme, sequencing works, and driving quality outcomes
• Overseeing compliance, safety, and site reporting requirements
• Acting as the on-site lead and problem-solver from start through to completion

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience delivering commercial refurbishment projects (healthcare experience highly regarded)
• Strong coordination skills across trades and services in live or sensitive environments
• Solid knowledge of safety standards and site compliance requirements
• Experience using Procore and 1Breadcrumb for project management and site compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills—able to keep the team on track
• Ability to manage fast-turnaround programs and achieve high-quality finishes
