Our Company, Lenan Corporation, is one of Australia's leading Distributors of health and beauty products supplying Pharmacy and other Health & Beauty specialty retailers. We are achieving MAJOR growth in South Australia and now recruiting for a new member to our team who will be a self starter and able to work in a competitive environment. Our extensive range of products cover Haircare, Skincare, Fragrance, Bath & Body as well as Heath related products found in Pharmacy.

Based in Adelaide City and South Adelaide (Seaford/Aldinga/Victor Harbor), Adelaide Hills working 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), this Permanent Part-Time position will see you manage existing accounts over an 8 week cycle across metropolitan and country areas in South Australia. There will be country trips that may require 5 days to complete. This role includes all facets of brand building and developing business at store level. You will be focusing mainly on Pharmacy and be responsible for:

Management of existing clients and developing new opportunities.

Driving sales to exceed targets.

Providing exceptional customer service and product representation.

Promoting new products, promotional items and services to existing and new clients.

Taking orders and maintaining customer details in our field sales program (Inzant).

To be considered for the role, you will need:

A proven ability to develop and maintain a structured call cycle.

A sound knowledge and competence in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

An ability to work independently.

Strong negotiation skills.

A strong commercial acumen with a focus on achieving sound financial results.

A minimum two years’ experience in either an in-store Retail Management or Field Account Manager role.

A current Australian Driver's License and your own vehicle.
