About the role

As a Service Technician at Element Foodservice Repairs, you will be responsible for providing expert service and maintenance to a range of commercial kitchen equipment across Brisbane QLD. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring our clients' kitchens run smoothly and efficiently. We are experiencing rapid growth and we're looking for a dynamic Technician who embodies passion, energy, and positivity.

What you'll be doing

Performing scheduled and reactive maintenance on commercial electrical appliances and equipment

Diagnosing and repairing faults and issues in a timely and cost-effective manner

Providing guidance to clients on the proper use and care of their commercial appliances

Maintaining detailed records of all service and repair work completed

Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards

Collaborating with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvements
