Accountant – Systems, TechOne - CI Anywhere

$58-62 per hour + super | Hybrid work available

We are partnering with a forward-thinking Local Government organisation in Regional South East Victoria to recruit an Accountant – Systems with expertise in TechOne - CI Anywhere. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to process improvement and system optimisation in a collaborative and supportive environment.

In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing system performance, ensuring financial processes are efficient, and supporting the organisation’s reporting requirements. Our client offers a hybrid working arrangement, with start and finish times negotiable. Pay rate is negotiable within reason.

Please note: This role is located 50kms east from Pakenham, 80kms east from Springvale. This role is not fully remote, hybrid work arrangements are available. Start and end times may be negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct system health checks and process reviews across procurement, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and bank reconciliation.
• Map, document, and update key finance processes and training materials to ensure system accuracy and improve user understanding.
• Review and develop financial and management reporting frameworks.
• Maintain the integrity of financial systems, including chart of accounts and general ledger, and provide ongoing TechOne / CI Anywhere system support.
• Support the Enterprise Budgeting system, including system maintenance and budget reporting.

About You:

• Experience working in Local Government, Public Sector, NFP, Education, or Healthcare.
• Proficiency with TechnologyOne – CI Anywhere is essential.
• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA/CA qualified or working towards.
• Demonstrated experience in UAT, systems administration, and maintenance within TechOne environments.
