The Role

The Management Accountant is responsible for supporting strategic decision making through budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, key responsibilities include:

• Support strategic planning, provide actionable financial insights to senior management and key stakeholders
• Key contributor in the completion of the monthly management accounts including variance analysis, P&L and cashflow reports
• Develop strong business partnering relationships with store managers to ensure better financial understanding and practices
• Work with broader team and assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts

About you

• CPA or CA accreditation
• Proven excel expertise and technical accounting skills
• Big 4 audit experience is highly desired. Experience in Disability services or Health Care will be highly desirable
• Strong communication and business partnering skills
