About the role
TTM Projects Shopfitting and Joinery are seeking a PYTHA Drawer/Drafter to work in the Joinery/Cabinet Making industry to join our team in Penrith, NSW. This full-time role will see you utilizing your experience in 3D modelling and shop drawings to design and deliver high-quality joinery and cabinetry solutions for our clients across the trades and services industry.

What you'll be doing

Produce 3D models and working drawings using PYTHA CAD software and Enroute.

Collaborate with clients to translate their design briefs into functional, industry-leading joinery and cabinetry

Liaise with our production team to ensure seamless transition from design to manufacturing

Provide technical support and advice to project managers and site teams

Continuously improve our design processes and standards to increase efficiency and quality

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar PYTHA drafting or joinery design role but will be happy to work with someone with less experience but the right attitude.

Strong proficiency in 3D modelling and CAD software, particularly PYTHA

Excellent technical and problem-solving skills to translate design concepts into practical solutions

An eye for detail and the ability to work to high standards of quality and finish

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

A passion for the trades and services industry, with a keen interest in the latest design trends and technologies
