Who are we looking for?
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and detail oriented Leading Hand Cabinet Maker / Joiner to join our growing team. This role isn’t just limited to furniture making, we value individuals who are eager to broaden their skills and get involved in a variety of trades.

The ideal candidate will:

Be trade qualified (Cert III in Cabinet Making or Joinery)

Hold a valid White Card

Have a solid background in joinery with a keen eye for detail

Be willing to learn and get involved in other trades beyond furniture making/Joinery

Be a reliable team player, while also capable of working independently when needed

Have excellent communication and organisational skills

Take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop and job site

Hold a current driver’s licence and have their own vehicle

Own a basic set of tools

What you’ll be doing:

Construction and assembly of custom projects

Coordinating and organising workshop tasks

Crafting individual solid timber pieces to specification

Working on a variety of high end projects

Maintaining a safe, tidy job site

Taking the lead on site where required and liaising with clients and trades
