Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Receptionist/Office Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will provide a variety of administrative and logistics support services to assist our operations team. These includes:
Manage daily reception operations, including enquiries and processing deliveries and mail.
Order and maintain office supplies, tracking inventory and managing stock levels
Coordinate office operations including supply management, facility maintenance, and liaising with vendors for services.
Provide administrative support to the production team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements.
Team support – provide efficient and professional assistance to the team as required.
Assisting with purchasing requirements for jobs and stocks.
Documentation and management of purchasing paperwork, including but not limited to invoices, quotations, delivery dockets, purchase requests and purchase orders
Undertaking monthly reconciliation procedures.
Submission of supplier credit applications.
Qualifications
Relevant Qualification in Administration.
Familiar with Microsoft Software such as MS Word, Excel.
Good working knowledge of MYOB will be an added advantage.
Experience
2+ years’ experience in office administration.
Proven experience in manufacturing industry.
Experience in a reception or administration role.
Experience in a receptionist or administrative.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment as well as providing support to other members of the property management team.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Great communication skills – both oral and written.
