The Opportunity

This role offers 3 days work from home and a guaranteed salary increase of $10,000. Parking is also provided.

My client isn’t just a small suburban firm. With 10 offices across Australia and New Zealand, a client portfolio generating $150k+ each, and accounts in the $200M+ turnover range, they’re dealing with serious work — from R&D and international structures to property developers and high-growth businesses.

The Problem

Unfortunately because of the candidate shortage, my client needs 5 accountants immediately.

If you have 3 years experience in business services accounting at an Australian firm, please apply - even if it was just doing individual tax returns.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years’ experience in an Australian accounting firm (ideally beyond basic individual tax returns)
• Strong communication skills and a professional presence
• Keen to learn, eager to grow, and willing to take ownership of your work
• Experience with H&R Block? Fantastic — we value practical, hands-on experience
