We have opportunities available for an energetic, passionate, and highly capable Administration Officer to join the Access Recreation team. The Administration Officer is a key support role to the delivery of our services, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring business operations are run efficiently and our staff, clients and families receive an exceptional experience. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a flexible and constantly changing environment where time management and attention to detail are key.

To be successful in the role you will need:
Experience in providing administration support.
Highly developed time management and organisational skills.
High level of attention to details, accuracy in data entry.
Strong computer skills including competence in using Microsoft 365 suite of programs.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organise and prioritise work effectively within a busy, fast-paced and demanding environment.
Current Qld "C" class drivers licence.
Hold or ability to obtain First Aid Certificate, Blue Card & Yellow/NDIS Workers Screening.
