We're looking for a tech-savvy problem-solver who’s passionate about software and customer experience. This is not your average support role, you’ll be actively involved in:

Software troubleshooting & client support

Data conversion & system upgrades

Client onboarding & training

Writing blogs & optimizing social media/online ads

Scheduling product demos

Product testing & feedback

Whether you’re a 2nd or 3rd year student, we want someone who loves tech, learns fast, and has the grades to back it up.

💻 What You'll Need

Studying (or completed) a degree in IT, Software Development, or related field

Top academic results (HD/D average preferred)

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Strong problem-solving & consulting skills

Self-starter who can work independently & as part of a team

Comfortable with tools like Google Docs, Zoom, Slack, Google Ads, Instagram and Facebook Ads, ChatGPT, Helpscout, SEMRush, and social media platforms

Organized, reliable, and great at managing multiple tasks

Australian Citizen

Currently residing in Melbourne, Victoria

Police Check (or ability to obtain one)

Reliable internet connection (work laptop provided)
