We’re looking for a Junior IT Support team member who’s hands-on, curious, and ready to learn.

This is a great opportunity if you're early in your career and want to build real experience in both hardware and software systems, with support from experienced IT professionals.

What you’ll be doing
This is an active, practical role where you’ll work closely with our IT Manager. You'll support staff across the business, keep our IT systems and equipment running smoothly, and get involved in the hardware that powers our production floor.

Key tasks include:

Troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues

Helping staff with day-to-day tech support

Keeping our asset register up to date

Setting up new PCs, printers and production devices

Assisting with test and tagging electrical equipment (training provided)

Getting exposure to local servers and cloud systems

What we’re looking for
You might be studying, recently finished a certificate or degree, or just have a passion for tech and want your first proper step into the field. What matters most is your attitude – you’re someone who:

Loves solving problems and working with technology

Is happy to roll up your sleeves in a hands-on environment

Follows instructions well and works safely

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Enjoys learning and wants to grow in the IT space

Qualifications

A certificate or degree in IT, Information Systems or similar, or currently studying

Some knowledge of IT support, hardware or networking is helpful

Test and tag certification is great, but not required, we’ll help you get it if needed
