We provide person-centered care and support to help our clients achieve their goals and live independently. We are currently seeking dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Casual Support Workers to join our team and help provide high-quality support to our clients in a range of settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day assistance to clients with daily activities, including personal care, household tasks, and mobility support
• Assist with community access and participation in social and recreational activities
• Support clients in achieving their personal goals and promoting their independence
• Maintain accurate records and reports of care provided, including progress notes
• Follow individualized care plans and ensure a safe and respectful environment for clients
• Respond to emergencies or urgent situations as required

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A caring and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience as a support worker or similar role (preferred, but not essential)
• Relevant qualifications such as Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or similar (preferred but not essential)
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (if required for the role)
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holiday
